The Junior League of Lubbock, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
The Association of Junior Leagues International (AJLI), Inc. reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism. The AJLI website can be found at http://www.ajli.org.
The Junior League of Lubbock sets a new focus area, as appropriate, every five years. In 2020, after a year-long process of discernment and research, the Junior League of Lubbock adopted Elder Care as our focus area for the upcoming five-year period (2023-2028). Our Strategic Plan is designed to support desired outcomes within that focus area.
