Holiday Happening 2017 Information and Ticket Purchase

November 15-19, 2017
Lubbock Memorial Civic Center

For 38 years, the Junior League of Lubbock’s Holiday Happening has become the kickoff to the holiday season on the South Plains each November.  Since 1979 the Junior League of Lubbock has raised over 5 million dollars for the Lubbock and surrounding communities.  That money has funded numerous community programs and signature projects that make a difference in the lives of children and families every day.

More than 19,000 shoppers attend Holiday Happening to shop with over 130 local and national merchants in one location.  Families welcome Santa and Mrs. Claus, on their first visit to the South Plains for the holiday season, at Breakfast or Snacks with Santa.  In addition, there are also two exclusive events, Sneak Peek and Ladies’ Day, which offer an exclusive view into the trends and styles of the 2017 Holiday Season!

While themes, the décor trends, and the one of a kind aprons have changed over the years, one thing has remained the same – the mission to raise funds that go back into the community through the Junior League of Lubbock’s signature projects.  By purchasing tickets and attending events, YOU have made raising those funds possible!

The Holiday Happening 2017 committee would like to thank you for 38 years of support and partnership in making Lubbock a better place, and we look forward to seeing everyone “Believe in the Magic”!
