Signature Projects

A Signature Project is an opportunity in which the Junior League of Lubbock sees a need in the community, develops, and funds the project to completion.

These are those rare occasions when a need is so significant or an opportunity is so ripe, that synergies of vision, commitment, and support from the community all converge to create a project that takes on a life of its own.  For the Junior League of Lubbock, these Signature Projects include the Children’s Advocacy Center, Ronald McDonald House, Food2Kids, Legacy Play Village, Safety City, just to name a few.

In many cases, after the project is up and running, the Junior League of Lubbock launches the project as its own independent organization to manage and maintain, as in the case of Ronald McDonald House.
