Thank you for your interest in the Junior League of Lubbock's fundraisers and the opportuny to participate as a merchant.

Holiday Happening


Holiday Happening is the week prior to Thanksgiving each year, beginning on Wednesday evening and ending Sunday afternoon.

If you have been granted access to Merchant's Corner as a past merchant or applicant, you may log in to Merchant Corner here.

If you have not previously been granted acces to Merchant Corner, please complete this form. Once you have beeng granted access, you will receive emails updating potential merchants of the important deadlines associated with the application and acceptance process.

The merchant application is typically made available in early April, ending on June 9, 2017.  Merchant selections are announced in late June. Payment, contract and insurance deadlines will be communicated following acceptance to the show.

Booths sizes include 10 x 10, 10 x 20, end caps, and up to 10 x 40.  Prices range from $1,000 to $5,000. Booth fees may be paid in full once booth assignments are made or may be made in two equal instalments. Missed payment deadlines are cause for being dropped from the show.

All merchants accepted into the show must provide a Certificate of Insurance no later than the appointed deadline.  An example of an acceptable Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.
